Please read these terms carefully before using our services or this website.
Effective date: 07/15/2025
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC website and any request for information, an estimate, or an appointment submitted through this website.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
Website Requests Are Not Service Agreements
Submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, selecting an appointment time, or communicating with Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC through this website does not create a pest-control service agreement.
Service begins only after the scope of work, price, scheduling, property requirements, and any service-specific terms have been communicated and accepted.
Termite treatments, WDI inspections, recurring programs, commercial services, and other specialized services may require separate written documentation.
Services and Estimates
Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC provides residential and commercial pest-control services throughout Cleveland and surrounding Southeast Texas communities.
Services may include:
General interior and exterior pest control
Initial, one-time, and recurring pest-control service
Commercial pest control
Conventional termite treatments
Targeted termite spot treatments
Wood-destroying insect inspections and reports
Rodent inspections, bait stations, and monitoring
Mosquito fogging and In2Care mosquito pot programs
Targeted treatment for specific pest activity
Service availability, treatment recommendations, frequency, and pricing depend on the property, pest activity, service location, inspection findings, and number of devices or treatment areas required.
Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. An estimate may be revised if the conditions found at the property differ from the information originally provided.
Scheduling and Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service-address information, and a reasonable description of the pest activity.
The customer must provide reasonable access to all areas scheduled for inspection or treatment. This may include exterior gates, garages, attics, utility areas, crawlspaces, rental units, commercial spaces, or other applicable areas.
Service may be delayed, limited, or rescheduled when:
The technician cannot access the property
Gates, doors, or required areas are locked
Required preparation has not been completed
Animals or other conditions prevent access
Weather conditions interfere with the scheduled treatment
Conditions at the property make the service impractical at that time
Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays or scheduling changes.
Customer Preparation and Responsibilities
Some services may require preparation before treatment. Preparation instructions will be provided when applicable.
The customer is responsible for:
Following applicable preparation instructions
Informing the technician about known pest activity
Disclosing known structural, moisture, plumbing, electrical, or access concerns
Identifying areas that should not be entered or treated
Securing pets when access could interfere with service
Providing access to the areas included in the scheduled service
Following instructions provided after treatment
Failure to complete necessary preparation may reduce the areas that can be serviced or require the appointment to be rescheduled.
Treatment Results and Follow-Up Service
Pest activity is affected by property conditions, weather, surrounding vegetation, neighboring properties, moisture, sanitation, food sources, structural openings, and other factors outside the control of Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC.
Treatment may not produce immediate or permanent elimination of all pest activity. Additional visits, monitoring, corrective work, sanitation changes, repairs, exclusion work, moisture correction, or recurring service may be recommended.
Any included follow-up visit, retreatment provision, warranty, or service guarantee must be stated in the applicable written estimate, invoice, treatment proposal, or service agreement. No guarantee should be assumed unless it is provided in writing.
Recurring Pest-Control Service
Recurring pest-control service is provided according to the schedule and price communicated to the customer.
Recurring service generally focuses on maintaining treatment around the exterior and addressing reported pest activity. Interior treatment may be provided when activity is reported and access is available.
Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC does not require an unnecessary long-term service contract. Customers may request cancellation of future recurring visits by contacting the company before the next scheduled service.
Cancellation does not remove the customer’s responsibility to pay for services already completed, products or devices already installed, or other approved charges already incurred.
Pricing may be adjusted when service frequency, property conditions, property size, pest pressure, material costs, or the scope of service changes. Customers will be informed of material pricing changes before a future service is completed.
Rodent-Control Services
Rodent service may include inspection, exterior bait-station installation, station monitoring, targeted control, and follow-up visits.
The number and placement of bait stations depend on the property and level of activity. Bait stations and other devices supplied by Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC remain company property unless the written estimate or invoice states otherwise.
Rodent control does not automatically include structural repairs, sealing openings, sanitation work, removal of contaminated insulation, dead-animal removal, or restoration work unless those services are specifically included in writing.
Customers should not move, open, damage, remove, or interfere with installed bait stations or monitoring devices.
Mosquito-Control Services
Mosquito service may include targeted fogging and installation or servicing of In2Care mosquito pots.
The recommended number of In2Care pots and the final setup price depend on the property size, layout, vegetation, surrounding conditions, and mosquito pressure.
Mosquito activity may be affected by weather, rainfall, standing water, neighboring properties, drainage, vegetation, and other environmental conditions. Additional or recurring service may be recommended.
Termite Treatments
Termite service may include inspection, conventional termite treatment, or targeted spot treatment.
The appropriate treatment depends on the structure, accessible areas, visible evidence, location of activity, and inspection findings. A spot treatment may not be appropriate when broader activity or conditions are present.
Unless specifically included in writing, termite service does not include repair of existing termite damage, correction of moisture conditions, structural repairs, plumbing repairs, construction work, or treatment of inaccessible areas.
Any termite warranty, renewal option, retreatment provision, or coverage limitation will be stated in the applicable written termite proposal or service agreement.
Wood-Destroying Insect Inspections
A WDI inspection is a visual inspection of accessible areas for visible evidence of reportable wood-destroying insects and related conditions.
The inspection does not guarantee that every infestation, concealed condition, previous treatment, or damaged area will be discovered. Areas that are inaccessible, obstructed, covered, sealed, concealed, or otherwise unavailable for inspection may not be evaluated.
WDI reports are based on conditions visible and accessible at the time of inspection. Conditions may change after the inspection.
Texas regulates structural pest-control businesses, inspection services, pesticide applications, and related advertising.
Commercial Pest-Control Services
Commercial service plans are based on the type of business, property layout, operating schedule, pest activity, inspection findings, and monitoring requirements.
The customer is responsible for informing Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC of applicable access requirements, operational restrictions, sanitation concerns, sensitive areas, scheduled inspections, and other conditions that may affect service.
Commercial treatments may be scheduled around business operations when reasonably practical. Certain conditions may require temporary access restrictions or additional preparation.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms shown on the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.
Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC may accept payment through the payment methods offered at the time of service. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying all approved charges.
Any deposit, installment arrangement, returned-payment charge, late charge, financing term, or automatic-payment authorization must be disclosed separately before it applies.
Failure to pay an outstanding balance may result in suspension of future services, recurring visits, warranties, monitoring, or device servicing where permitted by the applicable written agreement and law.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should contact Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC as soon as possible when an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.
Any cancellation fee, missed-appointment fee, or minimum-notice requirement will apply only when it has been communicated to the customer before the appointment.
Whiskey Branch Pest Control LLC may reschedule service because of weather, technician availability, access problems, equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances affecting the ability to complete the scheduled work.
